About me
I am Pavel Nechaev, a marketer and web developer. I build websites, run advertising and set up analytics for the Russian-speaking market — usually as the only contractor a company needs for all three, so nothing gets lost between a designer, an agency and a developer who never speak to each other.
What I actually do
- Websites: new builds, rebuilds and repairs of existing ones.
- Paid advertising: setup and ongoing management, with the budget in your own account.
- Search promotion: technical work, page structure, maps and directories.
- Analytics: counters, goals, and monthly reporting that a non-specialist can read.
- Email campaigns: list building, deliverability, sequences.
How I work
- I start with a free audit. Before any estimate, I look at what you have. Sometimes the conclusion is that the task does not need me — I say that too.
- Everything is registered to you. Domain, hosting, advertising accounts, analytics. If we part ways, you keep all of it.
- Budgets go directly. I do not take a percentage of advertising spend, because that quietly rewards spending more.
- One report a month, in plain language. Spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, what changed and why — including when the numbers got worse.
Who I work with
- B2B. Long decision cycles, several people approving a purchase, a high value per client. Here the work is about a clear site, honest specifications, documents ready to download, and advertising on narrow professional queries. Volume of enquiries matters less than their quality.
- B2C. Fast decisions, price and reviews visible, mobile traffic dominant. Here speed, a short path to the order, maps and directories and a working messenger channel decide the outcome.
- B2G. Public sector and state-owned buyers. The site’s job is credibility and compliance: legal details, documents, accessibility, and the ability to find a specification quickly. Advertising plays almost no role here.
Real cases with names and numbers I show on a call: part of the work is under non-disclosure, and retelling client results in public without permission is not something I do.
Documents and payment
I am registered with the Russian tax authority as a self-employed professional. That means a contract, an official receipt for every payment, and no obligations for you as a tax agent. The registration can be verified on the tax service website by my tax ID, which is published on the main page. Companies pay by bank transfer, individuals by card or QR code; a receipt is issued either way.
What I do not do
- Guaranteed first place in search results — nobody can sell that honestly.
- Bought subscribers, fake reviews and inflated traffic.
- Campaigns to purchased email lists.
- Estimates given before I have seen the task.
Getting in touch
Phone, email or any of the messengers listed on the main page. If you are writing from outside Russia, email is the most reliable: some messengers behave unpredictably across borders.
