Free marketing audit
A free review of your website, advertising and analytics for the Russian-speaking market. I look at what is losing you enquiries, what is burning budget, and what to fix first. You get the findings in writing — no sales call required to receive them.
What I look at
- The website. Loading speed, how it behaves on a phone, how clear the path to an enquiry is, whether the forms actually work and where the submissions end up.
- Paid advertising. Where the budget goes, which queries and audiences bring enquiries and which only bring clicks, whether the campaign structure lets you see the difference at all.
- Search visibility. How the site looks to Yandex and Google, whether the technical basics are in place, whether the pages match what people actually search for.
- Analytics. Whether counters are installed, whether goals are configured, and whether the numbers in the reports can be trusted. Very often this is where the real problem is: the marketing works, but nobody can prove it.
- Texts and offers. Whether a visitor understands within ten seconds what you sell, to whom and why you rather than the next tab.
What you get
- A written list of problems, ordered by how much money each one costs you.
- What to fix this week, what this month, and what can wait.
- An honest note on what is fine as it is. If your ads are set up well, I will say so instead of inventing work.
How long it takes
Usually two to three working days from the moment I have access. A large site with several advertising accounts takes longer — I will say so upfront rather than quietly running late.
What I need from you
The website address, and view access to the advertising account and the analytics counter if they exist. View access is enough: I do not need to change anything in order to look. If there is nothing yet, the audit turns into a starting plan — where to begin and in what order.
Why it is free
Because it is the honest way to start. You see how I think and how I explain things, I see whether the task is one I can actually help with. If it is not, I say so — that costs both of us far less than a contract signed out of politeness.
If you are entering the Russian market
The audit then answers a different question: what works here and what does not transfer. Yandex holds the larger share of search in Russia, Google has not been selling ads here since 2022, the popular messengers are different, and personal data of Russian residents has to be stored on servers located in Russia. A marketing plan that works well in Europe or Asia usually needs reassembling rather than translating.
